Terms of Use
Last updated: September 12, 2026. These terms apply to Nyxa on iOS and Android and to mmzdevelopment.com.
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and MMZ Development (“we”, “us”). They cover Nyxa and this website. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Purchases on iOS are also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple’s EULA conflict for an App Store purchase, Apple’s EULA controls that purchase. Apple’s standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
The service
Nyxa lets you capture tasks by voice or text, attach times, people, and places, get reminders, keep short notes, and glance at the next task on iPhone widgets and Apple Watch. We may change features as we ship.
The assistant uses Google Gemini. It can misunderstand you, miss a time, or write the wrong task. You remain responsible for what you rely on. Nyxa is not legal, medical, or emergency advice, and it is not a substitute for a calendar you have verified.
Accounts
You may use Nyxa as a guest on this device without an email. Guest data lives with that device session. Creating an account (email or Sign in with Apple) lets you keep the account and buy Pro. You must give accurate details and keep your password or Apple sign-in under your control.
You must be at least 13. If you use Nyxa for a company, you confirm you may bind that company to these terms.
We may suspend or delete an account that abuses the service, breaks the law, or tries to bypass device checks or quotas.
Nyxa Pro subscriptions
Nyxa Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold only through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not through this website.

- Price: the price and currency the store shows in your country. We do not set a different price in the app
- What Pro includes: 90 minutes of voice per month (Free is 2), 250 typed chats per month (Free is 50), and the ability to pick the assistant voice and write custom instructions
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the Nyxa account does not cancel the store subscription. Restoring purchases is available in the app.
A guest must create an account before buying Pro. Unused voice or chat minutes do not roll over to the next month.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nyxa to break the law, harass anyone, or attack our systems. Do not scrape, overload, or reverse the API beyond what the app already does. Do not upload malware. Do not pretend to be us.
Content you enter (tasks, notes, voice, chat, photos, place names) is yours. You grant us a limited license to host it and to send it to the processors named in the Privacy Policy so the feature can run. You must have the right to submit that content.
Our rights
Nyxa, the mark, the name, and the software are ours or our licensors’. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as the App Store or Google Play rules allow. You do not buy the software.
Ending the service
You can stop using Nyxa and delete your account in the app at any time. We may stop offering Nyxa or a feature with reasonable notice when we can. Sections that should survive (including paid-store terms, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.
Disclaimer
Nyxa is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that reminders will always fire, that voice will always transcribe correctly, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MMZ Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, missed appointments, or lost profits, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for a claim about Nyxa is limited to the amount you paid us for Nyxa Pro in the three months before the claim, or ten US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the minimum the law requires.
Apple is not responsible for Nyxa or for these terms. If you bought on the App Store, Apple’s EULA describes Apple’s role (including that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, and that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of the EULA).
This website
The site is informational. It is not an offer to sell a subscription. Store buttons appear only when a real listing exists.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using Nyxa after an update, you accept the new terms. If you do not, delete the app and cancel any subscription in the store.
